We have all the equipment you need. Top of the line, clean Manduka Pro yoga mats are complimentary and always available. Dress in comfortable layers. Come as you are we're friendly and helpful.
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in peacefully, so you can get your mat and props set up and have a minute to "land" in our sacred space. This helps our teachers start on time also.
Our front door is actually the back door off the alley. Livery Lot on Michigan street is the closest paid parking lot. South and East arms of the Waukazoo street and Michigan street intersection is the closest free parking
Thanks for being here and reading this. We know computers are necessary, but you don't necessarily need to use one to come to class. You are welcome to preregister and get to know our registration app, we encourage our computer savvy to do so. However, if you'd prefer to show up 5-10 minutes early and register at the door you are welcome to do so.

We offer private, semi-private, corporate and family wellness. We provide a peaceful reflective experience for family reunions, bachelorette parties, weddings, spa parties and special events. We can host your group in our beautiful studio or deliver our services to you. We love to support staff wellness for local businesses and conferences held locally. Chair yoga is a great offering for our corporate clients.
REFUNDS - We have a "no refunds" policy. All class packs can be shared with friends, family and community members. We will happily provide an account balance for extenuating circumstances. Please call the owner for support.
CREDIT CARDS - Please pay with check or cash to avoid credit card fees. This helps our small business grow.
All credit card transactions are subject to a courtesy fee. Members can use a bank account to avoid fees.
