Teacher Description: Hannah Watton is a dedicated yoga instructor, certified in both yoga and Reiki, with a passion for holistic wellness. As a mom of one and currently in the second half of her pregnancy with her second child, Hannah brings a nurturing and intuitive approach to her practice. Originally studying personal training, Hannah chose to focus on yoga, finding it a more profound path for herself and her clients. Now, with a deep foundation in yoga, she is eager to expand her offerings by pursuing her official CPT certification. The "Balanced Foundations" series marks the beginning of this exciting new chapter, where she aims to integrate strength training with mindful self care, providing a well-rounded experience for her students.

Early cancellations must be made 2 hours before class for students to keep a class credit. Cancellations made after this window will result in a late cancel and class credit will be used. Thank you for understanding.
