Early cancellations must be made 2 hours before class for students to keep a class credit. Cancellations made after this window will result in a late cancel and class credit will be used. Thank you for understanding. 

PRO TIPS

  • If you're a beginner, try any Gentle, Slow Flow or Zumba class

  • If you want a challenge, try Vinyasa Flow or Core Strength Vinyasa

  • We have all the mats and equipment you'll need just bring yourself

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Gentle - A comfortable rejuvenating flow for all ages and ability levels. Peaceful and meditative with a focus on breath, balance and body awareness. This healing experience includes restorative and therapeutic elements of yoga.

Slow flow - Slow progressive sequences and longer, deeper holds. Poses build one upon the next offering students the opportunity to modify or advance depending on their needs. Class is appropriate for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow - Sequenced flow linking poses together and connecting movement with breath. This fast paced athletic class is designed to build strength and endurance. Sure to be vigorous, yet students may take breaks and poses can be modified. Some yoga experience encouraged.

Core Strength Vinyasa - An advanced class intended to build strength and endurance in body, mind and spirit through pranayama breath work, core work, arm balances and standing postures. Intense and challenging flows where breaks are necessary and encouraged. Modifications and a light heart make this practice possible. Playlist are fun and funky (like the teacher) pose and song requests are encouraged.

Buti - yoga workouts transform your BODY and SOUL with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement and conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga vinyasa practice. You sent

Zumba - A total workout, combining all element of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
